Dear Annie, do you have any ideas about using natural solutions for peripheral edema or swelling in the legs? I have edema in my left leg, with my ankle blowing up after sitting with my leg dangling. It also happens when I walk a lot. Although not painful, the ankle aches strongly when it’s swollen. Also, it is hard to stand or walk when its swollen. Nothing seems to help. Can you make any suggestions?

Despite this, I fear I’ve developed some genital warts from the virus. I’ve used a calendula, echinacea and arbor vitae ointment. Nothing seems to clear it completely. I wanted to know more about additional natural solutions before doing any invasive medical procedures. I ..read more

Ginkgo biloba is an amazing tree with many uses. In the west, we use the leaves of this well known herb as a cardiovascular tonic to stabilize and enhance blood vessels, making them stronger and more effective. Daily use of Ginkgo may improve peripheral blood flow. Helping to vitalize, restore and protect cognitive function.
