Katie and Bailey met through a project called Becoming Ultra where runners train for their first ultra distance race.  They became fast friends and now are as tight as friends come.  They tackled their first 100 mile race recently and both came away with tons of lessons learned both physically and mentally.   We share a drink product for those who overdo the caffeine intake like we do.  We also share a great treadmill partner workout and spread some positivity in the world at the grocery store.  Cupcakes and kids were involved!  Enjoy the show ..read more
