The one thing I WISH all the parenting books had taught me was how to deal with feeling overwhelmed in motherhood. It wasn’t too hard to figure out changing diapers and getting wiggly toddlers into their outfits. But the sheer overwhelm and exhaustion that comes with too many to-dos and responsibilities?
