In a bowl add 1/4th cup of soy sauce, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and lime juice. Then mince 2 tbsp of garlic and add to the bowl.
Add chicken to a bag or a bowl if you do not have a bag. Pour Mirante over the chicken and mix well. Make sure all parts of the chicken is covered. Transfer to the refrigerator and Mirante for 5 hours. At the midway point mix the Mirante one more time. Due to the Mirante resting at the bottom.
Preheat oven to 375F. Remove the chicken from bowl or bag and transfer to a oven pan.
In a small bowl add 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and your choice of mrs. dash. I like mrs. dash because the texture of the seasoning give the chicken a nice look. Its not fully grounded which is nice. Also added 2 tsp of kosher salt
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and mix until you get a paste
Add paste to each chicken. You can do yours like this or baste it all over the chicken. Up to you
Here you can add whatever flavors you want to build a meal. I chopped up some carrots lengthwise, smashed some garlic cloves, and cut up an onion
Add veggies to the pan an bake until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165F
