Ingredients
1 pack of Carne Asada meat
1 tsp onion powder , garlic powder , and salt
2 packs of sazon seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb French fries
1 cup Pico de gallo
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 handful of Cilantro
16 oz of block cheese
1/2 cup milk
Oil for frying fries
Direcitons
Heat oil to 340-360F
Fry fries
Warm cheese in a sauce pan with about 1/2 cup of milk on low while everything else is cooking

1 box penne noodles
16 oz heavy cream
Shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese
1 lb of shrimp
1 stick of butter
1 small onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
16oz sun dried tomatoes
Old bay seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Cook pasta and set to the side

Season shrimp with a tsp of each seasoning

Ingredients
1lb prawn shrimp
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
3 tsp old bay seasoning
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp of grilling seasoning
2 handful of parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
Oil for frying
Directions
Add oil to a deep fryer or deep cast iron and heat until temp reaches 340F -360F
Add all seasonings to a bowl except corn starch
Wash the shrimp and pat dry
Add half the Seasoning to the shrimp and toss
Then add corn starch and toss

Ingredients
Chicken breast or meat of choice ( the chicken breast is dry so you can opt for something else. Ground beef would be good as well)
Lettuce or butter lettuce for wrapping
2 corn on the cobs
Trader Joe’s mild salsa
Trader Joe’s crumbled feta cheese with Mediterranean spices
1/4th cup of broth of choice

If using chicken boil 1 chicken breast
Once it’s done boiling remove the water and cut up your chicken into slices

1 bag Cauliflower rice
1 bag of Mixed veggies
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp avocado oil
Salt and seasoning to taste
1 boneless chicken breast or any other meat/substitute of choice ( optional ), low carb breadcrumbs and 1 egg if making chicken

Sprinkle salt all over salmon
Cover every inch of your salmon with the garlic & herb seasoning . There is no salt in this so you can cover your whole salmon without it being over salty

1 store bought pizza dough
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 pack of sliced mozzarella cheese ( not shredded)
1 pack of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pack pepperonis
1 small can of olives
1 jar of sliced jalapeños
3 bacon strips chopped thin
1 1/4th cup ground pork
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
