This week I just feel really unmotivated and can’t pull it back. I’ve had a bad week diet wise and I know I’ve brought it all on myself. It’s progress picture week and although I’ve not been losing much lately I’ve made some progress so I’m happy it’s still going in the right direction. This week I’ve been trying to get back to it and get back into my routine which hasn’t been easy. There has been a lot going on this week which has put my routine all out of whack but I’m getting there. It’s been a good week and I’m getting back into my routine. I’ve finally got back on the bike for the first time in over a month. Although gaining 2lbs isn’t a cause for celebration, it’s the celebrating that caused my weight gain. It was my sons 3rd birthday this week and I overindulged in cake and pizza.
