NORTH PLATTE, Nebraska – The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited asphalt paving contractor Western Engineering Company Inc. after an employee suffered fatal injuries after being pulled into an unguarded slat/drag conveyor at the company’s asphalt plant located in North Platte, Nebraska.
