Depression

Depression has become a big issue in America along with Anxiety. What's the difference? Depression is misery while Anxiety is fear. Many young people of today have either or both of these. Depression is up 47 percent with millennials. According to the Pew Research Center, 36 percent of millennials don't have a religion and this is a national problem. Millennials are much more foreign to Generation X and especially foreign to Baby Boomers. They are the generation that weren't given success since people started throwing God out of their lives. People stopped being parents. Many parents became wh ..read more

On Jeffrey Epstein

Well tonight I am talking about a big subject in the news. Jeffrey Epstein, who knew that someone who was just an American wealthy financier would become the big news for whether or not our government is evil. Even though the medical examiner said otherwise, I still believe someone probably involved with Bill Clinton killed Epstein. Let us not always believe what we hear and question the truth if it is the truth. This has been a shady situation. A man who was nothing but a sexual predator financier would make Americans question if our government is moral. That should scare a lot of people. I l ..read more

On Josephus

Today I am talking about Flavius Josephus, The famous first century Romano- Jewish historian who made many great books such as The Jewish War, Antiquities of the Jews, Against Apion, The Life, and according to Jerome and Eusebius, he is apparently the author of the apocryphal book 4th Maccabees which is only accepted as scripture in the Georgian Orthodox Bible and is in the appendix to the greek bible. Anyways, I will be talking about what Josephus said about our Lord Jesus Christ. This is important since it is the only record in the first century that supports the gospels in the bible. It is ..read more

I recently got an email that I have been selected for the Top 100 catholic blogs on feedspot. I am number 117 which is amazing and I thought I would post something that is more of a light subject today and that would be the story on how I became a catholic. I was not born into a catholic family. I was a member of the Missouri-Synod Lutheran Church up until I was 11 years old. Since I was two years old, I always had a love for the Virgin Mary. No one could explain where I got this and for many years I would watch Mother Angelica on EWTN. I always loved Mother Angelica and she was to this day th ..read more

Oprah is right

Oprah recently spoke out on the mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton. In the midst of all the democrats blaming Trump for the mass shootings (even though the dayton shooter was a radical liberal). Oprah had a different opinion, one that I highly agree with. She said that people are missing a core moral center. She said churches used to do that and that church for Americans was the core moral center, a way of living and being in the world. Yeah, remember oprah? the richest black woman of the 20th century who skyrocketed to fame with her show that ran from 1986 up until 2011. I always enjoyed h ..read more

On the Fetal Heartbeat Bill

Recently, America has been under attack by judges blocking states of state's rights. Let me be clear on this, I know that Abortion was decided to be legal in the supreme court in 1973 but the supreme court was never perfect and the Dred Scott decision is the biggest example I can give. Americans are widely divided on Abortion. 49% of the United States is pro life and 48% find abortion to be morally wrong. I am very pro life and I want babies to be protected when God brings them into our beautiful world. Now back to what I was saying about the fetal heartbeat bill, this bill is being struck dow ..read more

Jesus and the Fig Tree

One of the biggest head scratchers in the new testament in the stories of Jesus is the cursing of the fig tree to many christians. Why would Jesus do such a thing? Atheists seem to attack Jesus for doing such a thing to a fig tree since he seems too much like his father Yahweh in the old testament. Well, atheists don't seem to read the next scripture that comes after verses 18-20. The cursing of the fig tree represents how christians doubt God and think of themselves. Christ wants us to have faith and be active in prayer. All of us humans don't wanna even do the simple things Christ wants us t ..read more
