I want you to think about a doctor, a lawyer, and a politician. See them standing next to each other. Watch and observe them for a minute. What do you see? Or more specifically. What gender do they have? When I ask this to some of my friends and family, 80% of the time they would say: men.
You see, we are so used to thinking that top jobs are being done by man. It’s a problem that is still exiting today and it needs to be solved. I’m all about female empowerment. I love to read books about self-development and I believe that you can learn new things everyday to improve your personal growth. So I started looking around on the internet and came across this book that was listed as a #1 New York Times Bestseller with a lot of good reviews. It appeared promising, so I gave it a go.

We’ve all been in this situation where you feel overwhelmed and don’t see a way out. Then it’s time to ask for help. And a lot of the time people resist asking for help because they think they would be seen as weak or a burden. But nothing is further from the truth. Asking for help does NOT make you weak.
