"Sensei", "shihan", "kyoshi"......are terms used to signify karate experience.
But do you think these terms are making justice in today's karate?
They aren't because people are using these terminology infront of their name on basis certificate paper rather then "Karate experience"
In many parts of our country people are selling certificates, without exams, without seeing individual karate knowledge and without seeing their training.

In era where junk food and sedentary lifestyles are booming up, FITNESS has become essential part of everyone's life. What is FITNESS? What should be criteria to know "we are fit or not"? Time management becomes essential when your aims are high and you continously strives for success Things you should do for time management are: ▪︎List out priorities ▪︎lessen use of social media ▪︎waking up early ▪︎spending less time hangingout In India , if we are in sports, our time is not just limited to Training, we have other stuffs like "studying" , or "Working" at a professional firm. WINNING AND LOOSING ARE DIFFERENT THINGS.
IT IS EASY TO JUST SIT AND PASS DOWN COMMENTS.
REAL STRUGGLE STARTS ITSELF BEFORE THE MATCH THAT IS PREPARING YOURSELF TO PARTICIPATE.
USUALLY IN SPORTS "CONSISTENCY" IS MUCH NEEDED.
IF YOU STOP PLAYING AFTER 2-3 LOSS , YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO WIN

When we are least motivated everything becomes very tough, and yess Demotivation is arrived from constant failure As a human we all want appreciation for our hardwork in form of achievement, appreciation but if this doesn't go this way Demotivation arises. Watching motivational videos will give you motivation for some time but after that whenever you will be alone , again Demotivation starts up building. Most of the injuries arise if you are a kumite player. Some of the common injuries are bone crack, sprain in legs, Hairline crack, Tissues injury, etc For above mentioned injuries it is must to consult a orthopaedic. Other type of injury include knee related arises due to improper body posture in excercise, improper running , practice of karate stance in improper way. Everyone dreams to become a world champion but only few reach at top. Because everyone doesn't know the way to it. They have a mindset that "just hours of KarateTraining " and they will be at top. This mindset is very limited one because to be at top one require much more things. Elaborating about karate it is like deep ocean.
