You’ve probably heard the saying “you live and you learn”. Over the course of our lives, there are so many things we can learn. We learn in school, of course, but we learn outside of school as well. At times, we may not feel like learning something new. However, learning is the key to growth. Through lessons learned, we can grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It involves having complete trust in that person, thing, or idea. Personally, I place my faith in God and in God alone. I believe that God sent his one and only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my sins and everyone else’s sins. I believe Jesus died ..read more

I don’t know what I would do without my family. It has always felt like I’ve just had the best family ever! Let me start from the beginning….I grew up in a small community in Alabama, complete with dirt roads, where fishing and hunting were very popular, and people always helped each other. I grew up with my parents, two sisters, and a brother (I’m the baby, by the way). My dad has four brothers and a sister, and my mom has four sisters. So, it has always been a big family. Growing up in the country, my cousins and I played together all the time. I’m not talking about playing video games or wa ..read more
