Following the announcement from the ACT government on the easing of physical distancing restrictions we are excited to announce that we will be offering outdoor CrossFit Classes from this Monday the 11th of May! The next stage of our coronavirus response is to continue to develop our virtual classes and gym2you program. We will do this through the facilitation of getting more equipment out to our members this will include all cardio machines, barbells plates, mats and other items. What equipment can I get? The bulk of our equipment will be available to our members. The next stage of our at home training program #gym2you has moved to our virtual classes! We have delivered the program and members have been getting their equipment! Just a reminder you can pick up gear all day today as well, if that does not work for you get in contact with us! When are the classes? Yes the classes are now virtual! As I am sure everyone is aware we are in a position where operations have taken a slight change due to the Coronavirus and we are currently unable to run classes but we are excited to announce the immediate measures we have in place for our members. As of 12pm on the 23rd of March the ACT government has removed our ability to operate our business under normal operating procedures, even with our strict adherence to all social distancing protocols as advised by the government. This is a blanket shut down on all indoor gyms in the ACT. We are not the only fitness and health business in this position. Many in our industry will suffer from this unfortunately it has been taken out of our hands. Hi Everyone, As you would all be aware there is current pandemic outbreak known as Covid-19. I wanted to let you know of the actions taken by CrossFit Canberra and what you can do to keep life as normal as possible and continue training with the CFCBR fam. With the Silly Season almost upon us we are happy to let you know the gym will be open over the Christmas period with an altered timetable. Hopefully between eating Christmas Ham and spending time with your family, you can squeeze in some training. No need to book, just turn up!
