The intimate wedding at Windrift Hall in Coxsackie, NY was nothing short of magical. Despite the initial rain, the day unfolded with the kind of romantic charm that only a historic colonial home like Windrift Hall could provide. Sierra and Josh poured their hearts into every detail of the celebration. The stunning floral arrangements by Ailish Floral Design added a touch of natural beauty to the day, with each bloom carefully chosen to create a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Thanks to the expert coordination by Table 75 Events, every aspect of the day flowed seamlessly, allowing the couple and ..read more

I am all for positive reinforcement with kids and their participation in family portrait sessions. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. These two littles were reminded of an end of session ice cream party on the steps of the Met. I stuck around to photograph it and it was worth every reminder throughout the session. Enjoy some of my favorites images of the Are’s family and their big ice cream celebration at the end.

Throughout my photography career, I have photographed many families with their pups. Until this session, I had yet to have a willing cat participant. Usually they hide as soon as I arrive, or are less than eager to meet me. While there may have been only one photo successfully taken with my feline friend, I have to say it felt like a huge accomplishment.
I had the pleasure of photographing this family in their sun-soaked apartment. Congrats to the Lee family on their newest addition!

The sun was shining for this late October wedding at the American Yacht Club in Rye, NY. Off in the far distance, you can see the New York City skyline. At sunset, the sky had the most beautiful pink accent. It truly couldn’t have been a more perfect day.
The length of this post is definitely an indication of how much I enjoyed photographing this incredible couple and their wedding. Congrats to Brittany and Taylor on your marriage! I am so happy that you have found a life partner in each other. May it be filled with as much laughter and dancing as you had on your wedding day. xoxo

Kimberly and John celebrated their marriage at the iconic Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY. Rain or shine, this venue truly shines. We had a bit of a challenge with tropical storm effects making its way to Saratoga Springs that day, but we had a chance to step outside quickly for a few photos before the rain started.
I definitely did a happy dance when Kimberly mentioned how much this couple loved black and white photos. One of these days, I will have a gallery that includes only black and white reception images!
Congrats Kimberly and John on your marriage, you are such a kind and ..read more

The littlest, biggest helper came into the studio with her sister and family for some updated family photos. She wanted to help with everything and loved to love on her little sister.
I have a younger sister and really cherish that bond that I have with her. She wasn’t always a fan of me, as I may have forced her into participating in my shenanigans she wanted nothing to do with. Besides those few moments, we have always been each other’s biggest cheerleaders.
I can see these two having that same vibrant sibling bond and being the best of friends for life. It was wonderful to see you gu ..read more

There is so much to celebrate in life and expecting a little one is no exception. Life goes by in a blink of an eye and being able to look back and have photographic memories from these special times will be something that a family will not regret.
We were asking my son if he remembered living in Germany when he was a toddler and he obviously said no. We showed him some photos and videos and he started recalling bits and pieces of our life over there. Photos truly help celebrate times in our lives we want to remember.
Congrats to the Lee family on one of life’s many blessings!

From the moment I met Victoria and Vincent, I knew their maternity session was going to be a dream. Their effortless beauty and sweet personalities made my job super easy. They came to me looking for a more editorial style. They were both so kind and easy-going. Together, we crafted a session that perfectly captured their love and excitement for their upcoming arrival with an editorial flare.
I feel so honored to have been a part of such a special moment in their lives. Becoming a parent is a magical adventure full of wonder and excitement. From the first moment you hold your little one ..read more
