Sharing a recipe for healthy homemade dog food! Hi friends! How are ya? I hope that your day is going well! Today, I’m off to the kids’ school to volunteer and am looking forward to some time in the sauna blanket after a workout. It should be a pretty low-key day! For today’s post, I wanted to share Maisey’s latest obsession with you: homemade dog food. This simple recipe is PACKED with nutrients and she goes crazy with it. (See the crazy eyes?? She’s INTO IT.) TBH, I always felt a little bad giving her packaged dog food because this creature LOVES fresh food. She’s constantly begging for scr ..read more

Sharing some of my favorite recent Amazon purchases.  Hi friends! Happy Monday! How was the weekend? I hope you had a great one! Ours was the perfect mix of low-key and productive. We have some fun events, planted all the things, and continued watching Indiana Jones as a family. It’s pretty intense (and borderline terrifying) but we’re all enjoying it. For today’s post, I wanted to share a roundup of some of the latest and greatest Amazon purchases. I’ve been *trying* to be a little better with the online shopping – I want to take P to Spain to visit her bestie, so I try think about that ..read more

Hi friends! Happy Friday!! How was the week? I hope you had an amazing one. Ours was good; busy as usual, but time for some fun in the mix of school and work stuff. What’s going on this weekend? P has a basketball game and a birthday party, and it’s her First Communion. We’re having brunch to celebrate with the fam. Liv has dance, it’s our nephew’s bday, and the Pilot and I have a date night. We also want to plant all of the spring/summer flowers and veggies! I let everything die last year with the eye saga, so I’m looking forward to starting over. I’d love to hear what you have going on. (Pi ..read more

Spring Quinoa Salad with Artichokes, Feta, and Asparagus When I first wrote this post, we had just gotten back from an awesome Vegas vacay. It was so good to get back into the swing of things and back in the routine of the girls’ classes and lessons, teaching fitness classes, and catching up on work stuff.  It also felt good to eat some home-cooked food! When we travel, I try to stick to one indulgent meal each day and go for my normal eats for the ..read more

Sharing a comparison between Pilates and yoga, and which one I like more ?  Hi friends! Happy Monday! How was the weekend? I hope you had a great one! We officially have spring fever over there. I want to replant the garden – I let everything outside die when I was dealing with the great eye saga – and clean everything, while the kids are already begging to jump in the pool wearing their pajamas. I’m enjoying this short-lived sweet spot of weather before it’s a thousand degrees by walking and hiking as much as possible!
