I know a person that for accepted to a private swiss university, and came to Switzerland on such a visa. I was told they cannot apply to a public university after that, since ppl that get a student visa from a private university, they can't switch their visa to one from a public one. Is that true? They ask me if I want them to represent me and present my profile to the « client » which is a public service. Today they sent me a contact that states that the employer is the recruiting agency and the employee is me.
