I’ve always had a keen interest in visual art from a young age. Anything weird or wonderful to the eye stops me in my tracks but it was actually secondary school that opened up my mind to a whole new world of art. Gosh this is so much fun ticking off the list in our little passport to fun. Kilmokea Gardens (as it’s known around here) is only a fifteen minute drive from our house, yet I had no desire to go there as I had no idea they had so much for children to enjoy. Olivia admires flowers and butterflies but she would be bored very easily if that was all Kilmokea Gardens had to offer children. But it isn’t.
