Meet around 9:00 am at the gazebo next to the Foothills Trail in Orting.   The 40 mile route has been changed this year due to the Spiketon Bridge closure. We are having another free Pizza Party, since our last party was so popular. The room holds just 36 people, so sign up on our website. We will be at Round Table Pizza at 2929 North Pearl at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 16. Weather permitting, you can ride from the North 26th & Proctor Starbucks at 11:00 am. November 30, 2023 City of Tacoma Awarded $2 Million in Grant Funding for Portland Avenue Vision Zero Project in District 4 City Of Tacoma The City of Tacoma’s Public Works Department recently received a $2,119,250 grant from the Puget Sound Regional Council’s (PSRC) Transportation Alternatives Program to identify and design safety improvements, enhance pedestrian and bicycle connections, and provide better access to public transit on Portland Avenue from East 27th to East 56th Street.
