Hi all! It has been a dream of mine since childhood to work for the beach patrol as a lifeguard. I decided that I would probably tryout this summer, but am getting more nervous as the tryout dates approach. I have experience working as a pool lifeguard, but I understand that this is much different. Long story short, I was pulled over by North Jersey police. Was told my plates came up that I have expired car insurance. Proof of insurance was shown but I guess DMV info takes precedence? Police called a towing company who took my car. I use this car for doordash so I'm all out of work. Next day I spent the day at DMV, was told I DO have insurance and shouldn't have been towed, gave me a release form and I made my way to the lot with police. This is just a post asking y’all to be careful. A kik streamer has been drinking & driving way beyond the speed limit recently.
