I purchased Diablo Collection (04 April 2024) id not receive the game and they deducted my money from my debit card.
To this day they don't want to give me my money back, the Game I never received it, so with another debit card I was able to buy the diablo Collection promotion, but the purchase with the first card I didn't receive any game and much less a refund. I have communicated with the bank in my country and they tell me that they had no problems and that I should contact Blizzard, but Blizzard tells me the same thing, that they released the money and it should arrive to my bank account ..read more

I cannot believe the changes that were made as of recent. Why have all of your loyal fan base pay fucking money on a Battle Pass for cool, exclusive skins just for you to rip it away and let people buy them individually? Yes, it's my fault for spending my own money on a game, but it's not my fault for Blizzard trying to make the player base a bunch of Pay Pigs. I swear, Blizzard is ruining it's own games and business with these rapid changes that nobody asked for. My son has just tried to transfer his battle net account from my Xbox to his own but it says that we need to unlink his account from my Xbox and then wait a year before being able to add this account to his Xbox.
We've connected Blizzard support about it and their response was essentially 'tough shit'.
It what world does this make any sense whatsoever?
Is there a way to circumvent it?
It can't believe it's a real policy.
