I purchased Diablo Collection (04 April 2024) id not receive the game and they deducted my money from my debit card. To this day they don't want to give me my money back, the Game I never received it, so with another debit card I was able to buy the diablo Collection promotion, but the purchase with the first card I didn't receive any game and much less a refund. I cannot believe the changes that were made as of recent. Why have all of your loyal fan base pay fucking money on a Battle Pass for cool, exclusive skins just for you to rip it away and let people buy them individually? My son has just tried to transfer his battle net account from my Xbox to his own but it says that we need to unlink his account from my Xbox and then wait a year before being able to add this account to his Xbox.
