The SFA must be asking themselves some serious questions today. At least you’d think they will be after Scottish referees were once again given the snub for Euro 2024. The officials for the competition were named this afternoon, and it has now been 8 years since a Scottish official refereed a game at major international tournament. I don’t know about you, but I had to sit in a dark room yesterday, and have a few stiff drinks to calm my nerves after that semi-final performance. That was nerve shredding. It’s been a fairly slow news day today, with the only story of relevance the fact that the game between Dundee and the Ibrox side will go ahead this evening. Late yesterday evening, it emerged in the Daily Record, that Celtic were demanding answers from the SFA in relation to the incident that led to the Ibrox side being awarded a penalty by John Beaton.
