Deltek has published the 45th annual Deltek Clarity Architecture & Engineering Industry Study. The report is substantial, just over 120 pages in length. It is based on a survey of 652 firms from the A&E sector in North America. Bentley Systems has announced its first quarter results for the period ending March 31st 2024. The results are strong, with total revenues growing 7.4% and subscription revenues up 10.5%. CEO Greg Bentley commented, “We are pleased with our 24Q1 performance, as year-over-year ARR growth of 11% (excluding China, 11.5%) is consistent with our recent financial outlook range for 2024. Over half of consumers (54%) have lost their patience or become emotional (47%) with brands wasting their time. 37% now expect companies to use AI to deliver more efficient services. Iwoca targets European growth with £270 million funding

Iwoca, one of Europe’s largest lenders to SMEs has secured a £270 million of debt funding from Citi and Barclays. The funding will enable the company to expand its investment in Germany as it continues to expand across Europe. This brings the total raised by iwoca to over £1 billion since it was founded in 2012.
