Worker Struck and Injured in Chula Vista On Wednesday, an AT&T worker was struck and injured on a Chula Vista street. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened at about 10:50 a.m. on C Street, near 5th Avenue. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened early Monday morning in the eastbound lanes of State Route 94, near College Avenue.
