This Summer I was lucky enough to be invited to collaborate with the amazing Hong Kong Sinfonietta. Huge images of my works were projected behind the orchestra as they played Ravel. I made it back to Sussex!! Hooray!!! It’s been very exciting in Hong Kong but I am thrilled to be home! I will be opening my studio at Banff Farm, Upper Clayhill, East Sussex, BN8 5RR   (Search for Daisy’s Tea Rooms on your sat nav) for two weekends this July (9 & 10 and  16 & 17. 12 noon until 6pm.  I have lots of small new works to show you! Just heart broken that in a world facing enormous climate and health challenges, when humanity now more than ever before needs to unite and find solutions to save the planet, the powers decide to go to war.   It is so hard to know what to do or say in these strange and frightening times, but I know that whenever I have been in a dark place or struggling I have found painting to be my life line. Strangely it heals me and then often people who see  those paintings say it heals them too which is wonderful.
