In reply to Michele. Michele. Baking is a formula and sugar is a big portion of that formula. So, while you may get away with taking away a few spoons I think half will make a big difference. It may be a very dense cake. I highly suggest you find a tried and tested sugar-free or low-sugar recipe instead. Thanks ..read more
