A delicious guilt-free brownie! Need we say more… Ingredients ½ cup wholemeal flour ½ cup of water if needed ¼ cup inca berries 1 vanilla bean, seeds removed 2 eggs ½ cup extra virgin coconut oil ½ cup of Natvia, honey or agave nectar ¼ tsp. sea salt ½ tsp. baking powder ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder Method Preheat oven to 180C and grease a mini muffin tin.
