I’ve been meaning to write this post about the home learning space we created for the kids (the twins are 10 years old, and are in Year 5) for the last six weeks! When the government announced that schools needed to close, I was completely overwhelmed with panic and anxiety about the Covid-19 situation and the impact it was about to have on our daily life. I often find that focusing on something practical is a good way for me to cope in times of stress, and so I channeled all my energy into rejigging our interior set up to… The post How we set up our coronavirus lockdown home-learning space a ..read more

This time next week we’ll be waking up for our last day of fun at Timber Festival – the festival that celebrates the forest and trees, and won the Best New Festival award at the UK Festival Awards 2018 after its launch last year. We had an awesome time at last year’s festival, and have been super-excited about returning for Timber’s second year. The programme was packed last year, and we know this year there’ll be even more on offer. Tickets are still on sale at timberfestival.co.uk, from day tickets (Friday adult tickets £20, Saturday and Sunday adult tickets £35) to… View Post The post Join ..read more
