We don’t really have plans for Easter as we don’t live near any family but also prefer to stay home for holidays. As a kid, one thing I never loved was when I had just opened all of my Christmas gifts or just finished my Easter egg hunting and then I had to get dressed and ready to go, leaving all of my new goodies behind. I am a very neutrals-girl. Well, I guess I’m very vibrant when it comes to clothes (I didn’t used to be!) but when it comes to decorating my home, I like warm neutrals. You all know by now that I love mommy and me outfits. I’ve worn matching outfits with Ava since she was an itty bitty newborn and she’s now EIGHT as of yesterday and still loves matching her mama. So you’d better bet I match her every chance I get because I know this stage won’t last much longer. We have a play room that’s right off of our dining area, so in our main living area. It’s got clear glass doors and most of the time it’s honestly a mess. We’ve got some sort of sorting process in place for toys but we’ve also got broken furniture, the couch was a last minute purchase we made for our living room when our moving truck lost everything we owned and so really, we’ve ever done this room. One of my current favorite things? Adidas Gazelle. Well really, any fun and colorful Adidas sneakers but it just so happens that two of the colors I fell in love with were both Gazelles. I only have one little girl and the rest of the babies are boys so I’ve got no one to compare to but do all little girls love to twirl as much as Ava does? For longer than I can remember, she’s loved twirling in her little dresses.
