This post was sponsored by Art of Green® and all opinions expressed in my post are my own. We recently moved to a new home – a log cabin!! I’ve been sharing a ton of behind the scenes photos at our new place over on Instagram. It’s been a huge change from our previous suburban home, but definitely a lot of fun to be living so wild and free. We are living on 5 acres of land, and homeschooling our 3 little boys, which is also something new from last year. Basically the exact opposite of how we were living a few months ago. Our previous home was a new build with all white everything (cabinets ..read more

We are homeschooling our boys this year, like so many other families. We made the decision back at the end of May, and I’ve been working to select our homeschool curriculum and plan out lessons.  This week we are doing a butterfly study. The boys and I are so excited to be able to watch our caterpillars go through their transformation and turn into butterflies. It takes about 7 – 10 days for the caterpillars to go through all of the life cycles and finally emerge into beautiful butterflies. Then, we can release them out into the wild. Each day the boys will be observing and documenting t ..read more

We recently had the chance to stay at the beautiful Gaylord Palms Orlando hotel. We had been to Gaylord Palms before for their winter spectacular, ICE, but we had never stayed there before. Special thanks to Gaylord Palms for hosting our family for this special stay!  Gaylord Palms recently reopened after closing over the past few months. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, as was our room. Masks are mandatory inside of the hotel, as it is an Orange County requirement currently. The security guards at the hotel ..read more

This post is sponsored by Danone but the content and opinions expressed here are my own. Mornings at my house are kind of chaotic with three boys. Everyone needs something, and most mornings I don’t end up eating breakfast. If I do eat breakfast I need super simple recipes that I can prepare in advance so I can just pull them out of the fridge and eat.  One of my favorite easy breakfast recipes is overnight oats with yogurt. This is a delicious breakfast recipe that is easy to prepare in advance, and lasts a few days in the fridge. You can take your overnight oats out of the fridge and e ..read more

Despite the uncertain times we are currently experiencing, life is still happening. Kids still need their well-visits, they are still getting colds, getting bumps and bruises (I have 3 boys so this is very common in our home!), and just being kids! Which means they may need to be seen by a doctor. It’s late at night, your baby spikes a fever, and you want peace of mind to be able to get back to sleep. You don’t want to pack the kids up in the car and head over to your local pediatrician. This is a common scenario so many parents can relate to. I have great news. Pediatric Associates, whi ..read more

Having my boys home from school has been nothing short of interesting, as I’m sure it has been for you. During this interesting time, I’m trying my best to survive, keep up with distance learning, keep everyone alive, and try to shower once in a while lol.  My second grader still has to take AR tests as part of his reading grade for school. I truly want to keep his love of reading and learning alive. After turning to my local moms group on Facebook to ask for book recommendations, and asking my son what he’d like to read, I ordered some books from Amazon recently to surprise him. He was ..read more

Before and After of my Master Bedroom Makeover – my modern vintage boho oasis – including where to purchase items in my room!  My master bedroom has been on the list of projects to-do ever since we built our home three years ago. After living with all white walls since we moved in, I finally got a vision of what I wanted it to become. It has definitely become everything I wanted it to be, and more. It has such a relaxing vibe and has become my little oasis in the house. It’s a cross of boho, with some modern vintage thrown in, new pieces, thrifted pieces, things I found on Facebook marketplac ..read more
