        The Dallas Real Estate Market is still not as hot as it use to be, but it might be getting warmer says Market Experts!  Zillow says the market is "cool" right now.  Projections for increased home values will be about half of last year.  Which is still good compared to national average home values!         Over the past 10 years, Dallas home values have gone up 16%.  Right now in DFW the average home value is $254,300.  That is a huge jump from this time in 2011 which was $150,000.  Keep in mind that 2011 was only a few years after the Real Estate Market Crash.           More Coming Soo ..read more
