Chip Ganassi Racing has won the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach giving Cadillac a 1-2 results on the tricky California street circuit. Renger van der Zande crossed the finish line first ahead of Jack Aitken for Chip Ganassi Racing's first IMSA win since last season at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. van der Zande shared the win with CGR co-driver Sebastien Bourdais.

Antonio Fuoco has taken pole position for tomorrow's 6 hours of Imola. The #50 he shares with Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen will start just ahead of the other two Ferrari's as Shwartzman and Pier Guidi put the #83 and #51 on 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Behind the trio of Ferrari's are both Penske Porsches, the #6 (Estre, Lotterer, Vanthoor) ahead of the #5 (Campbell, Christensen, Makowiecki). Kamui Kobayashi qualified the #7 Toyota in p6, just ahead of the #20 BMW of Sheldon van der Linde, Robin Frijns and René Rast.

Pipo Derani bested the GTD field to take the pole for Saturday's Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, despite an incident at the end of the season that threatened to strip the pole away from them. After Derani set a 1:11.388 pole time in his No. 31 Action Express Racing Cadillac V-Series.R, Derani nosed his car into the tire barriers at turn 8 in the final moments of the session. However, because a red flag was not flown and Derani was able to return to pit lane, his pole time stood.

Vasser Sullivan Racing took the checkered flag Saturday securing the GTD-Pro class win at the 2024 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. Jack Hawksworth, Kyle Kirkwood and Ben Barnicoat shared the No. 14 Lexus RF F GT3 and claimed the class win after Hawksworth made a move, complete with bumping and banging, on the No. 62 Risi Competizione Ferrari 296 GT3 of Daniel Serra to claim the win.

Louis Delatraz made a daring late race pass on Chip Ganassi Racing driver Sebastien Bourdais to claim the 72nd running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. Pipo Dirani, driving the No. 31 Action Express Racing Cadillac V-Series.R, has taken the pole for Saturday's IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring. The pole secured a front row lock out for Cadillac, after the No. 01 Chip Ganassi Racing Cadillac driven by Sebastien Bourdais qualified in second.

The 2024 season kicked off at a damp Donington Park for the official Media Day.
A wet morning greeted the runners and riders for the 2024 British GT Championship with the majority of the 36 and 72 drivers cars present.
The GT3 class has 19 entries spread across both Pro-Am and Silver-Am, with 7 crews in the latter category a record for the Championship.
In GT4 the Pro-Am class has is now the most popular with 10 entries and Silver has 7 crews, a switch from previuos years.
