Ever since the last century, numerous diseases have been blamed on the drop in hormone levels that occur at menopause. Before that time, female biology was often considered untrustworthy, prone to malfunction and even dangerous. But with the advancement of women’s rights, medicine had to find a way to dress up its misogyny. How lucky that hormones were discovered and could be labeled as “crazy.” How fascinating that women readily adopted the “crazy hormone” story. From the onset of menstruation, we are taught to blame our hormones for ills, and relate to them as if they aren’t an integr ..read more

Is anxiety inevitable during the menopause transition?

According to the mainstream narrative, women experience anxiety during the menopause transition because: a) The ovaries create a deficiency, since they don’t know what hormones we need as we journey through perimenopause and menopause. b) The brain causes a mental malfunction, since it can't cope with the new lower levels of hormones produced at this time. Can we just stop for a minute and think about these claims? Do they make sense to you? Does it make sense that a woman’s body gets it so wrong in terms of its inherent design? Does it make sense that medicine with its celeb menopause doctor ..read more

We are living in a Wild West era of menopause “awareness.” Doctors, influencers, celebs, journalists, anyone with a voice can say almost anything about menopause, and a prescription-only medicine, HRT, with zero consequences. The sheriffs (regulators, the free press, medical organizations) who are supposed to play a role in protecting the public from harm, in most cases, could replace their badges with rubber stamps. Silence is not an appropriate response when outrageous and unscientific claims are given a platform, and reach millions. When it comes to menopause, medical ethics along with jou ..read more

How can an online course deliver natural perimenopause and menopause symptom relief?

Modern medicine wants you to believe that natural perimenopause and menopause symptom relief doesn't exist. If enough women believed that they could reach natural perimenopause and menopause symptom relief without hormone therapies, a multi-billion dollar industry would collapse. In order to keep this industry alive, women need to be convinced of the following: Perimenopause and menopause are times of hormonal deficiency. Symptoms arise due to this state of deficiency. The female body doesn't know what hormones it needs and when, but medicine does. Beyond symptoms, menopause causes disease ..read more
