When we were planning for our marriage, we talked about the importance of family meal times. We have made it a priority to sit down at the table for our meals since our newlywed days (with the exception of pizza night or snack dinner with a movie!) Now that our children are 6, 4 and 2, we’re actually able to have conversation at the dinner table which is so fun. Since I’ve been pregnant, all of my nesting energy has been focused on simplifying our home and implementing routines in an attempt to make the transition from two to three little ones a bit easier. Earlier this year, we made an offer on a small farm and put our home on the market.
