Im missing him LOUDLY today. Like, I woke up and I could feel the missing of him, like a very loud drumbeat, but even more so, like an entire orchestra of missing. The missing him sounded like music – it literally had a melody and harmonies, and, of course, his favorite, lots of guitar. I didnt know what to do with the missing, so I got out of bed and jumped in the shower, and the missing music continued. Hello Fellow Blog Readers!!! I know its been awhile. Trust me. I know. I REALLY need to get back on here and start writing again. And I need to write more regularly. Life has been SO crazy busy. August 30th is/was National Grief Awareness Day. After eight years of living with the sudden death of my husband, here are some things about grief that I would like to share forward – things that others should be “aware” of on this day, and every day. Have you ever felt like your life as a widowed person has you being pulled and pushed in multiple directions? Like you are walking a tightrope, but nobody bothered to ever give you any lessons.
