Hey y’all, Just thought I’d ask if anybody has a rolling bag they’d be willing to sell, and that we could make a deal on… if you do just message me
I looked all over for used roller bags, but couldn’t find any, and can’t justify paying $200-300 on a new one ?

Hello all! I’m from a college in Boston, and our fencing club recently chose not to rehire our current coach. We are desperately looking for a new coach for next year. This isn’t really an advertisement, but I was looking for advice on maybe how to find possible coaches?
Thank you for any advice!!

I belong to a club at university and many of our members stated fencing at university. Usually, they start with foil and move on to epee or sabre (or maybe stick with foil) a few months later. I think starting with foil is best because foil has both characteristics of epee and sabre making it easier to change weapons. But some of my club members suggested epee since there is no right of way. I know it would be best if people could choose which discipline to start with, but usually, beginners have no idea of fencing at all.
Which weapon would you guys suggest to beginners and why? Please note ..read more

About two weeks ago I saw an email from USA Fencing about a series of presentations through Zoom on how to start a club and the steps necessary to achieve such a goal/dream. I thought this was a cool idea because I am a teacher and I would love to expose the sport to my students. As well learn of potential resources and information to start a school club.
I am located on the west coast and unfortunately, I can not attend the Zoom meetings at 1 pm due to my teaching schedule.
I also tried to attend the open membership Zoom meeting 3 weeks ago and once again work schedule conflicts didn't help ..read more

I have a new maraging blade and no matter how much force I use I cannot get it to bend in the vice. I've done this plenty of times before with non-maraging blades with no issue, is there a trick with maraging blades or just more force or heat or something?

I'm looking for a new glove, and hoping (but doubting) something exists that I'm not aware of.
I've used the Allstar Gripstar forever. They last a decent amount of time before I chew through them, and they have great grippiness in the palm and fingers. But man are they bulky!
I recently got some Carmimari "Boss" gloves, and really wanted to love them. The fit is fantastic, shaped like a hand, tight through the fingers, minimal padding. OK grippiness but not great. I got three of them and chewed through them in as many months, so not really worthwhile.
What I really want is a "Boss" with the g ..read more

Hi, I’m a high school student athlete. I am homeschooled so I don’t the the luxury of school gyms. I want to improve my fencing skills so I was looking for open gyms that allows fencing. Im in SoCal cali however I’m wondering if indoor sports parks will allow me to practice or even colleges near me.. I will email them or maybe even walk in and ask. I know there is open gym times at fencing clubs however there not in my area. Could you give me some tips to combat this? Thanks!
