I’ve been looking into Mats Wieffer as a potential number 6 for Barcelona for a while. I know he plays in the Dutch league but man this guy can actually play, the fundamentals he possesses mean he would be a great fit at the club whether it be as a single pivot or in a double (preferably lone 6). Barcelona need a clear goal for the next 3-5 years and ruthlessly work towards it. If it's recovery, save the club and rebuild slowly — so be it.
