Hi all! How are you doing? Before I dive into all the fun facts of the new My WW Program, I wanted to say thank you to all of you for the notes and checking in on me. Although I have not been able to reply to all of them, please know I read every single one and they meant so much to me. Hi all! How are you doing? I had a much better week this past week and actually a pretty great weekend. The highlight of the week was definitely our trip today to Oxbow Market, hiking the Alston Trail in the Napa Valley, getting pedicures, Thai and finishing with wine! I am pretty lucky that my hiking buddy loves food as much as I do as built we built our day around some delicious eats. Hi all! How are you doing? I am doing OK for the most part. Work is still a bit crazy busy, but, I have held my own mostly maintaining my weight the past few weeks. I have managed a few workouts and swimming is what I am currently loving more than the treadmill. I really do feel like my workouts help me to deal with stress and seem to make everything more manageable. My eats could be better and that is why I am keeping up with meal planning. Hi all! How was your weekend? My week was actually fantastic. Before I get into the details, I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you for being so supportive, encouraging and nice on my post last week. It honestly was a rough week but it really helped to know that I have so many friends out there to help pick me up sharing their experiences too. Hi all! How was your day? My day wasn’t one of my favorite days but I can say that I am focusing on the positive parts and keeping things real in this post. This post will probably not be motivating but it’s my reality and sometimes you really need to just give in. That was me today as I am working thru so many things in life at the moment. Hi all! How was your Tuesday? My day definitely started off a lot better than yesterday after a bit of self talk this morning. I woke up before my alarm meaning I had plenty of time to work out, but, I wanted to sleep. I got out of bed, looked at my phone pondering….then decided to sit on the couch. Happy Monday all! I have to confess that today started out like such a Monday but finished on such a good note. I skipped my AM workout and actually missed it so much that I decided to fit in a swim after work. I had such a great swimming session with 40 laps / just over 1/2 a mile and felt like I could’ve kept going. I truly believe that swimming totally helped take away my Monday blahs turning my day around as I felt so amazing and energetic after. Not to mention, it cooled me off on a hot day. Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend was actually pretty good. I am super excited I continued my losing streak down another 2.4 lbs. While I didn’t get in an official workout or hike this weekend, I did hit over 10K steps both days running around everywhere. Today we walked the Alameda Antique Fair and I took The Husband to the Chinese food place I love. This time, I left the chow mein behind but devoured all the Kung Pao Chicken. Happy Wednesday all!  Do you ever have ‘little things’ that make you happy? Today I put up new window clings in my office and it totally makes me smile when my coworkers comment on them. My office mate: Oh, we are getting new window clings today! Yep (with a big grin!) You hung up a rainbow – yep, I didn’t realize that but I like rainbows. Why be awesome just today?
