ARROJO Barbering Academy Class 12 marked their Graduation Day with a creative presentation of men’s grooming trends and techniques. After four months of practical and creative study of modern barbering, the Graduation Presentation enables graduates to display their new skills in a celebratory environment.

We catch up with Michael Cotigola, a graduate of Cosmetology Class 67 who is now working at one of NYC’s most established and prestigious salons.
How did you become interested in the beauty industry?
I became interested in the beauty industry because I was always interested in fashion, what’s trending and sexy styles, so why not be a part of it. It is a great field as we are craftsman and always in demand. People will always need a hair cut - and you can’t get it from an app or a bot!

Class 87 took a fun and inventive approach to their Graduation Presentation. Marching hand-in-hand with their models, the Graduates did a runway walk to a video montage of their time in school.
