I did the best I could on these two American Girl dolls, but I really need to move on, so I am listing them together on Ebay. Their biggest problem was how dirty they were. Well, then there was their gummy hair… Oh, and don’t forget those shine marks, scribbled marks, and those wiped away freckles. Before I talk about the dolls, I have a question for everyone… We are in need of a new printer… We have an Epson XP-440 and it has been “okay” but now they have stopped carrying the individual ink cartridges at Walmart/any place actually (the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black only come in a combo pack) My printer WON’T print anything when even ONE of the printer cartridges says it’s low… so I’m sitting here with a printer, that won’t work because I don’t have a refill for the blue cartridge in it. I FINALLY heard back from the hospital about my hand x-ray. They said everything was normal looking and there were no fractures or deformed areas… Then about 15 minutes later, the doctor who had seen me, said he’d like to see me on Thursday and do an ultrasound on my hand. He said he would be pushing and pulling and bending it a little more than he did last week… eek… but he thinks maybe I have a ligament problem and he said the ultrasound would help him see if that’s true. Hi everyone, Well today is the big day for the Eclipse. I helped with a dinner Sunday night at our church for around 80 people visiting here and as I driving through town, you could definitely tell there are MORE people than normal… people walking around, a fair in the middle of town, and lots more traffic. NASA is set up in the middle of the University’s football stadium! Hopefully I’ll have more to share tomorrow about how dark it got, and a few other things… The weather is predicted to be Mostly Clear! Let’s hope so!! Well, I finally gave in and went to the doctor this afternoon. My thumb was just not healing like I thought it should be… and I was finally tired of babying it and it not improving much. The doctor I saw was a Sports Medicine doctor and he squeezed and felt and bent and pushed on my thumb and then had me get some x-rays. They won’t be ready for a few days, but he said it could just be sprained, or jammed or hyperextended. He said it could also be a stress fracture or a torn ligament or torn tendon, which one of those can be very serious if left unattended. He also gave me a prescription for a ..read more

My day was busy from the time I got up until now…it’s 10:50 Tuesday evening and I only stepped into my sewing room to gather up 2 pair of shoes to box up. YES… I sold TWO pair of shoes today!
