After 9 more residents in Gibara tested positive for Covid19, the military has declared a mandatory quarantine for ALL residents who have been ordered to stay in their houses. All because one man returning home from Havana infected all six of his family members who has since tested positive. They were in contact with 124 people before testing. 11 of those have since tested positive. The most recent 9 have been in contact with at least 210 other people.
