Hello - British woman here who wants to save money by investing in a safety razor and blades since the cost of disposable razors quickly mounts up. I am quite happy to use a men's safety razor since they seem to be cheaper. As a teen my mother bought me a Nymph ladies razor kit, so I do have experience of using a safety razor. I will probably be buying from AmazonUK or EbayUK as I have looked and both sites seem to have a good selection. Ebay will only sell the razor without blades as part of its safety policy. I bought the 1st shave one blade and the 360 one blade. I shave everyday but don’t grow a crazy amount but would love a close shave. Currently using a manual but it seems to be destroying my skin. I tried both and enjoy both but don’t see the difference. So my go-to has always been to use the edge blade on a gillette shaver, but they are really expensive and that small blade only lasts for like 2-3 shaves. Ive tried a safety razor, a norelco oneblade, other box razers that have edge trimmers, but nothing is anywhere close to as good as the expensive gillette blades.
