Our 2019 Rileys Heineken Darts Masters has come to an end for this year, with over 500 participants battling out to be crowned the Master! Seventy six people qualified throughout our Rileys venues for the National Final held in Rileys Wolverhampton on Saturday 7th December. Leighton Bennett and Nathan Care were crowned champions at the Scott Farms International Junior darts tour on Saturday afternoon, as the duo cruised through an experienced field in two thrilling events at Riley’s Chorlton. Bennett, who had already won three times on the JDC tour in 2019, set a new record on route to securing his fourth title in six months. That`s all folks! The 2019 Ladbrokes UK Open is over for another year and we have a new champion in Nathan Aspinall. The day starts with a nice lie in for most darts fans with the afternoon session not starting till 1:00 pm. Good morning from a very wet Minehead. Day 2 of the UK Open darts final is over and there was more drama with more seeds falling and the event is now wide open. The star of the day was Gerwyn Price who clocked up an impressive 104.57 average against Krzysztof Ratjaski, having pushed a side our tip from yesterday, Jamie Hughes in the afternoon session. Michael Smith made struggled on in the afternoon session and nearly had another scare going into the deciding leg against Daryl Gurney. Smith triumphing 10-9. Good morning from Minehead! Day 1 of the UK Open Darts finals is over and what an action packed 24 hours it was. 159 players entered Butlins at 10 am  to play for the title of Ladbrokes UK Open Champion 2019, by 10:30 pm we were down to just 32 players! ITV4 commentator Jacqui Oatley described it as the “busiest day in TV darts history”. We were joined bright and early by #TeamRileys 2019 crew who had passed their way through over 2500 players to take their place in the draw.
