I adapted this from https://www.nourish-and-fete.com/lemony-shrimp-and-bean-stew/ (which was adapted from NYT). My version was much more brothy (had homemade broth to use up), only had a bit of dried ground rosemary so I added a pinch of ground thyme to supplement, no shallots so used (a lot of) minced onion. My shrimp were precooked so defrosted them and added at end (I tore mine up because I can't do huge mouthfuls lol). I used smoked paprika, added a tiny bit of cayenne.
