The looming potential of Filip Chytil returning to the Rangers lineup has been an extremely exciting thought to what’s been an uplifting week or two for the fan base. Given the severity of Chytil’s injury and how much time he’s missed as a result, it’s been quite encouraging to know that he’s back with the team and returned to practice as a full participant. On top of that, per Larry Brooks of the NY Post on the eve of Game 1, Round 1, it was noted that Chytil was a standout in those Rangers skates.  I am not implying anything. I don’t know what, if anything, it means. But Filip Chytil i ..read more

As promised, Mike and I are doing a new (for now) bi-monthly podcast. This is the first episode! Few notes: 1) This first one is free (always make the first one free). The rest will be Full Subscriber only (On The Road With Joe remains ALL paid subs). 2) The audio in this is wonky. We had some issues with Zencastr and the time it would have taken me to fix it would have meant the pod going up AFTER Game 1. That doesn't make sense. Next show will be cleaner audio wise. With that enjoy! Accidentally rangers postproduction for recording 1 run at 2024 04 20 155634 utc 0:00 /4445.64 1 ..read more
