I’ve been working very hard to keep items flowing through the shop in a relatively steady fashion. It’s been a challenge over the past few months for sure. I had some extra time outside of my regular shop duties to design a new spatula that I think you’ll enjoy. I call this My Main Cooking Spatula! I really needed a spatula with a smaller blade, but with a nice curve to the blade to get into the corners of pots and pans, So, I designed this one. This design comes from my original salad serving set with longer handles. I’ve kept the beautiful design of the older set, but shortened the handle to make them more ergonomic. They really feel nice in your hands. Some have said they look like Moose Hooves… I’ll have to think about that for a little while to warm up to the idea.
