Arsenal fans have a number of reasons to laugh at Chelsea right now. The Gunners welcomed the Blues to the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night, and Mikel Arteta taught them a footballing lesson. Arsenal smashed five past Chelsea and could’ve, and probably should’ve, scored five more. It was a truly dominant performance by Arteta’s men, and we are currently 30 points ahead of Mauricio Pochettino’s billion-pound blues. As Arsenal fans, we absolutely love that, but what made us laugh was something Chelsea‘s official X (Twitter) handle did during the game. Photo by Stuart MacFarlane/Arsenal FC via ..read more

Arsenal recorded an outstanding 5-0 victory over Chelsea on Tuesday night, and they could have even scored more. Mikel Arteta’s side put on a show in the second half as braces from Kai Havertz and Ben White added to Leandro Trossard’s opening goal. Martin Odegaard was the best player on the pitch despite not scoring himself, whilst Thomas Partey and Declan Rice also heavily impressed. Bukayo Saka had some good moments in an overall positive display, but still looked fatigued at times after what has been a difficult few weeks for the winger. Nevertheless, he still produced in the game, as he as ..read more

Arsenal have now achieved one thing this season that they last managed in 2017 whilst Arsene Wenger was at the helm. Arsenal put their London rivals Chelsea to the sword last night as they recorded a 5-0 win at the Emirates Stadium. This triumph extended the Gunners’ lead at the top of the Premier League table and enhanced their already superior goal difference. The North London outfit have now kept 16 clean sheets in the top flight of English football this season, significantly more than an ..read more

Arsenal strolled to a stunning 5-0 victory over London rivals Chelsea, a result which saw them temporarily go three points clear at the top of the Premier League. A dominant display saw Leandro Trossard open the scoring early on, before Kai Havertz and Ben White both scored braces to record Arsenal’s biggest-ever win over Chelsea. White’s brace was remarkable in itself, that a right-back had managed to find the scoresheet twice in one game, and his second goal was perhaps a fluke as he seemingly attempted to cross the ball before it flew into the top corner. The 26-year-old has been outstandin ..read more

The north London giants showed the clear gap in quality between Arteta’s title-chasing team and Mauricio Pochettino’s billion-pound side.
