I came across this bedroom on Yanko Design, such a calming happy space to retire to at the end of the day. Not many of us have a bedroom as huge as this one, however that shouldn’t stop you from replicating the look on a smaller scale. I absolutely agree with Neha Mistry [Yanko Design], a bedroom is where you come to and want to feel a sense of calm to help you recharge for the next day. Given our cramped spaces and hectic times, being shut up inside with Covid19 restrictions and working from home, bedrooms are no longer sacred. In my last blog, I shared a few of my decluttering ideas and thought it would be fitting to share more considering spring is here.  Clothes Use the two-year-rule for clothes — get rid of clothes that you haven't worn in two years. We often keep clothes that have become a little snug, with the view to lose those extra pounds, they often become outdated or boring or never get to fit – sooo - sell them to a thrift store, online or donate them to the needy.   It has been a busy couple of months getting the shop organised and set up and now that we are open, I have had a chance to take a breath, step back and take in all the chaos and clutter that has managed to happen around me, oh my goodness, it is a little overwhelming.   So, what to do, well, the best thing to do is hit the Pinterest site and get some ideas on decluttering.
