Milano Street 41 by Giampaolo Antoni
This shot was taken at the Milan station during a day dedicated to street photography. I was particularly struck by the backlighting of passers-by and the contrast of the buildings in the background. Travelers pass by regardless of me and my camera and I wait for the right moment to shoot.

Stair Frames by Amit K Sharma
I was just leaving my office that day and took the stairs instead of using the lift. Usually, I use lifts but that day I took a lift when I was on stairs and tried to see down how many stairs are left then I saw this pattern from the top. That seems so amazing and took my phone out of my pocket and took this.

Cemetery Story by Ignacio Amenábar
Walking in the La Recoleta cemetery in the city of Buenos Aires, I curiously met these 2 pigeons that were kept together all the time, I took several photographs of them making them fit with different parts of the cemetery. I finally liked this shot where it looks like they are hiding from the man in the background.

What Should I Do with My “Life” by Keith Goldstein
I was spending a quiet evening at home. I went into the bedroom to see what my wife was doing. There she was lying on the bed reading this book. I was struck by the title – “What Should I Do with My Life” and ran to get my camera. She gave me only one chance to take this photo.

Theo by Leanne Lindsay
This little pup has so much personality and is so photogenic. I had taken this photo for his lovely owner, who wanted some memories of her lovely Theo. He has floppy ears but when he’s excited, they stand upright. It’s so cute that his human wanted to remember it. It was difficult to get the photo as he was very excitable, moving around a lot and his ears were only pointed up for such a short time so needless to say I took quite a few photos to get just the right one where both ears were up and he was framed well. The photograph was shot in monochrome.

Waiting for the Train by Leanne Lindsay
Sydney’s Circular Quay Railway Station has to have one of the world’s most stunning views. Waiting for the train, takes on a new meaning when you have this view of Sydney Harbour to look at while you wait. From a little girl, I have been a people watcher. Seeing these people on their daily commute to and from work, enjoying the stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, I just had to capture it.

Children in the Winter Forest by Anastasia Markus
Winter is a special time for wonderful children’s photo shoots. Children love winter. When the weather is snowy, and everything around becomes incredibly beautiful. This is a time of fun and enthusiasm. We went out into the woods and rented a pony. It was a wonderful and fun walk, and of course, I took an interesting photo.

Never Waste Time by Kirsten Bruening
In the past two years we have had to realise that our planet does not have infinite capacity. That our nature and our environment need our help and protection. Already, 1200 animal species and about 35000 different plant species are irreversibly wiped out every year. Our children and grandchildren will only know some plant and animal species from photos. Let us not waste any more time! It is time to act – now!

The Cat by Fidan Nazim Qizi
Cats, also called domestic cats , are small, carnivorous mammals, of the family Felidae. Domestic cats are often called ‘house cats’ when kept as indoor pets.Cats have been domesticated for nearly 10,000 years. They are one of the most popular pets in the world. In the past, most notably in Egypt, people kept domestic cats because they hunted and ate mice and rats. Today, people often keep cats as pets.
