No more bottled Water. It’s been brought to my attention that in fact not all water is equal. Back in the 80’s I lived in London and travelled the world modelling. And one thing I learnt was the tap water I drank in London had been recycled through my body at least 7 times - goodness knows what it is now. And not just that, it's loaded with chemicals, to keep the water clean, keep our teeth strong and keep the water at a 7PH. So understanding this I started drinking bottled water in the belief it was so much better for me. And arriving in Australia in the late 80’s with my bottled water, I got ..read more

I have since heard this makeup and skincare company had many complaints about women having a reaction to their products and learned about the harness of their choice of ingredients.    Having a reaction to something is not a pretty sight. Thank goodness companies are starting to wake up about the ..read more

And “Gut Health” has now become a bit of a Buzzword around town! So what is it?  Gut health is about maintaining a healthy environment for our good bacteria to thrive, allowing our digestive enzymes to work efficiently, so we can benefit from the nutrients we are ingesting. But sometimes it can go wrong and become unbalanced, either through stress, processed foods, and too much alcohol and sugar. We as women know all too well if it becomes unbalan ..read more
