Sweetwater Completes 1st of a Series of Self-Storage Facilities – The 3-story, 104,000 square-foot ExtraSpace Storage facility in Millburn, NJ was unveiled in December. The new structure, owned by The Hampshire Cos., was constructed on a concrete foundation and mat slab, with conventional steel grid. The exterior is an insulated metal panel system.
