Link: Wild v FSS Trustee Corporation [2017] NSWSC 237 (10 March 2017)   Wild v FSS Trustee Corporation [2017] is a recent decision of the Supreme Court regarding a claim for Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) brought by an ex police officer plaintiff against the trustee First State Super (FSS) & the insurer MetLife. Open Letter to MetLife Insurance Limited – 9 September 2016   We have sent a letter today to MetLife Insurance Ltd (link: open-letter-to-metlife-9-9-16) following its announcement that it would no longer use surveillance in respect of TPD claims for psychological injury. Whilst reviewing the content of our new website, I was reminded of many the police clients of active for over the years. One in particular stands out for me as he taught me the importance of stressing hope to those I represent. I first met Paul at Cox West lawyers in December 2012 with his wife.
